1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LinkedIn Tailor (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

2. Service Description

LinkedIn Tailor is an AI-powered tool that helps you improve your LinkedIn profile. You sign in with LinkedIn, upload an export of your LinkedIn profile (a PDF), and provide your career goals. We then generate section-by-section optimization recommendations using third-party AI models. The recommendations are suggestions only — you are responsible for reviewing them and deciding what, if anything, to apply to your actual LinkedIn profile.

3. Not Affiliated with LinkedIn

LinkedIn Tailor is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation or Microsoft. "LinkedIn" is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with LinkedIn's own terms of service.

4. Account Terms

  • You sign in using LinkedIn OAuth. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You may only upload content that relates to you and that you have the right to share. Do not upload another person's profile or data.

5. Your Content

  • You retain all rights to the content you upload.
  • By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you, including sending the relevant content to our AI sub-processor for analysis (see our Privacy Policy).
  • We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train AI models.
  • You can export or delete your data at any time from your profile page.

6. AI-Generated Recommendations

  • Recommendations are produced by automated AI systems and may contain inaccuracies. They are provided for informational purposes only.
  • We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including increased profile views, job offers, interviews, or business results.
  • You should review all recommendations critically before acting on them.

7. Pricing and Payments

  • Access to your full optimization report requires a one-time payment of $39 USD, processed via Stripe. The overall score preview is shown before payment.
  • All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes where required by law.
  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your optimization report for any reason, email us at hello@linkedintailor.com within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund with no questions asked.

8. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for service interruptions or loss of data. Keep your own copy of anything important.

9. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Service for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Do not upload malicious files or content that infringes the rights of others.

10. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from your profile page, which permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkedIn Tailor and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or by email.
